OR FREE PICKUP IN DUNEDIN  

Local pick-up is welcome from our store GUILD, 145 Stuart St in our opening hours.

Pick up outside normal hours can be arranged at request.

Some products are fragile, so if you are able to collect these from us that would be great.

If not, great care will be taken packaging your items for safe arrival at their destination.

Additional cost is built into the flat shipping rates for fragile or oversize items.

We use New Zealand Couriers and NZ Post Tracked services, with expected delivery timeframes of 1-3 days after dispatch.

If you need an item to arrive by a set date, please contact us to make arrangements at hello@guilddunedin.co.nz. As GUILD is staffed by the designers on volunteer time, our coordinator role which is appreciatively funded by the Dunedin City Council City Service Grant, only works 16 hours per week, with set hours across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will communicate with our designers to safely pack items for collection if a purchase is made outside those days

RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully before you purchase. We recommend that for fashion and some jewellery items, many of which are bespoke, you have a fitting in store. Returns are generally not accepted unless items are faulty. Returns for an alternative product or store credit are at the discretion of the Dunedin Designed Inc Executive team. When you purchase online you'll be signed up for keeping track of your purchases and future emails relating to GUILD news and events. These emails are not sent often and you can opt out at any time. We value your privacy and trust.
